Ben has also been perfecting his sourdough baguette recipe. As you can see, they are turning out beautifully! The baguettes are crunchy on the outside and soft and chewy on the inside. You can order them seeded or plain! Just give us one week to fill bread orders, please.
These beautiful cupcakes were made for a customer who was having guest over for dinner who cannot eat gluten. The customer herself has diabetes and cannot eat refined sugars. No problem! We made gluten-free dark chocolate cupcakes with organic raw agave nectar. No guests complained about the taste or texture.
Tomorrow evening is the Bay Area Homemade Food Market in Berkeley at the Firehouse Arts Hangar. We wanted to make something special for the occasion, so we will be offering our sunflower seed brittle! And of course it’s vegan, as are all our products.
